MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

Although all employees are responsible for the implementation of the policies related to
orientation, professionalism, employment equity, corrective action and skills development,
the directors and associates personally assume responsibility for ensuring that the policies
are incorporated in the daily practice of the consultancy.

Specific objectives and timetables for the employment, training and promotion of previously disadvantaged groups have been set.

Progress is monitored and evaluated continually.
