CHANGE OF CORPORATE IDENTITY

Procon Fischer (Pty) Ltd is proud to announce the conclusion of its BEE agreement with Sethaba Investments (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black owned and managed company. This agreement has resulted in the formation of a dynamic new company: Magna FS (Pty) Ltd.

The careful planning of this agreement has allowed these two highly regarded South African businesses and their founders, Mr Gerrit Fischer and Dr Seshi Chonco, to join forces. This exciting news will open new doors and create fresh opportunities for our clients to use our expanded base of knowledge and expertise. The joint pool of experience opens up magnificent possibilities for us and our clients, as we move forward in playing our part in bringing about a united and service-oriented South Africa.

This is one of the many reasons that Magna FS (Pty) Ltd was chosen as our new name. It will also serve as a constant reminder of one of the things that we strive for in everything we do: magnificence.
